To protect your fence from the elements, I only use pressure-treated posts and rails, coated screws, and brackets instead of toe-nailing. And you can choose any size pickets, from standard lumber to top-end redwood. I also build quality gates, whether it's a small one for your side yard, or a large one for your RV driveway area. You can choose the latches, locks, handles and hinges, or let me design one to meet your needs. And yes I do offer emergency fence repair when needed.

Siding & Dryrot Repair: Siding, trim and doorframes suffer damage from rain and sun exposure and require periodic repairs. I'm experienced with removing dryrot damaged wood and replacing it with new lumber that will last for years. I also inspect the internal framing for damage, install new tar-paper, flashing, caulking, primer and paint as needed. And I only use hot-dipped galvanized nails, which provide maximum rust protection.

Plumbing: Upgrade your home with new faucets, drains, or a garbage disposal replacement. You can choose the new hardware you want, or let me pick an appropriate fixture. I work on kitchens, bathrooms, and outdoor sprinkler projects.
